(4) During the operation of the workpiece, the operator should not stand facing the workpiece, should not lean against the lathe, and should not step on the oil pan with their feet.
(5) During high-speed cutting, a chip breaker and a protective screen should be used.
(6) Prohibit reverse braking at high speeds, and ensure smooth exiting and parking.
(7) Remove iron filings using a brush or specialized hook.
(8) When using a file to polish the workpiece, the right hand must be in front and the left hand behind; Use sandpaper to polish the workpiece, and use tools such as "hand clamps" to prevent twisting injuries.
(9) Everything related to labor, quantity, and cutting tools should be placed in a safe location nearby, in an orderly and tidy manner. (10) If the lathe is not stationary, it is prohibited to take or measure workpieces on the front of the car.
(11) When the lathe is working, it is forbidden to open or remove the protective device. (12) As work approaches, the lathe should be cleaned and wiped, and the tailstock and slide box should be moved back to the rightmost end of the bed.
